Another gorgeous portrait session with the beautiful Anne. Lovely soul and what a smile! We headed to False Creek and found these nice little lights along the way so we decided the place was perfect to shoot some outdoor portraits. Here is the result!               Last few days in Tofino before moving back to Europe and leaving Vancouver after 8 years. Tofino has always been my happy place, very dear to my heart. I can't describe what's so special about this place but I feel I belong. The ocean, the nature everywhere, the energy here is really special.                Living in Vancouver for 8 years, I have been to Seattle a few times, the two cities being almost neighbours, quite close to the USA/Canada border. This time though was the first time I took the train. A great experience! I took my friend Marieme with me and we went for a couple of the days, discovering the city by foot mainly. Mild weather, great autumn colors, good food, nice landscapes & urban streetart, Seattle is definitely a city that I learned to love over the years. From Bainbridge island to Pike market, Fremont or Capitol Hill... There are so many things to see & do that one weekend won't be enough and you will come back or stay longer ;-) Wedding day for the lovely K & S. Wonderful energy, smiles, laughs, some tears but the good ones and two happy families for this perfect crisp day at the end of September in the lower mainland.                                                               |
